The programme committee has put together an excellent programme for the 2012 conference.
In addition to discussing sustainability from grapegrowing, winemaking and marketing perspectives this year’s conference will also include practical information on pest and disease management, complexity in wine and the use of technology to select improved clones of vines and wine yeast.
