2010 Plans Underway Planning for the sixteenth Romeo Bragato annual conference in 2010 is underway. This conference will be held in Blenheim – dates are as follows: Conference Dates Thursday 26 August – Saturday 28 August 2010 Registration Forms and Brochure will be sent late May, Early June. Bragato Wine Awards Judging Sunday 22 August – Tuesday 24 August 2010 Results Thursday 26 August 2010 Awards Dinner Saturday 28 August 2010 Silver Secateurs Finals and Young Viticulturist Competition Finals Saturday 28 August 2010 Sponsorship / Exhibition Sites Sponsorship packages and exhibition details will be sent late February early March to those companies whose details are held by the organisers. If you would like information, please request via the “Contact” page of this website. This conference is considered to be the major New Zealand orientated technical conference for the grape and wine industry. Wine producers, winemakers, grape growers, field staff, contractors, academics, students, scientists, and industry suppliers will be in attendance - the decision makers and purchasers in our industry. Rapid expansion of vineyard area continues as NZ wines improve in quality, export sales continue to increase, and new viticultural practices maintain our competitive advantage. Past participants hail the Romeo Bragato Conference as one of their key tools in learning of new developments and they enjoy networking with participants from all segments of the industry, they view attendance as “mandatory”.
